Saturday Classes (9-5)  You will learn how to buy, prepare and smoke the following meats:

Pork Butts (pulled pork)
Brisket
Ribs (Baby Backs)
Chicken
Salmon
ABT's  (you gotta try these)
Pig Candy!!!!! (and these, too)


We supply all the meats, lunch and soft drinks. 

Classes start at 9: a.m. and end between 4-5 p.m.  Fire Management at 9:00 a.m. Sharp!!!!

Rain or shine, sleet or hail, snow or wind.  We smoke in ANY kind of weather.

Enrollment Fee is $75.00 per person.

BBQ “101”
 

9:00 a.m. Starting fires in smokers. (Fire Management)
9:30 a.m.  Meat preparation.
10:00 a.m. Butts, Brisket and Ribs go on smoker.
12:00 noon Lunch (Pulled Pork Sandwiches)

1:00 p.m. Making Rubs.
2:00 p.m. Chicken, Salmon and ABT’s go on smoker.
3:00 p.m. Pig Candy goes on smoker.

4:00 p.m. Everything starts coming off smokers.
Pulling Pork/Slicing Briskets/cutting Chicken.
A taste of everything!!!!!!!

We will provide everything you need. Soft drinks and appetizers are all included.
