Looking for more than what's on the menu? We can probably help you out. We ask is for a minimum 48 hour notice so that we can ensure we have enough ordered and adequately prepare enough meat and sides so we can still serve the 300+ daily customers in our restaurant. There is always the possibility we cannot fulfill your request due to not enough stock on hand.
The food we make can take upwards of 10-12 hours in the pit. That being said we can typically fulfill your order if you give us a 48 hour notice, and we have enough product on hand, within reason. The more notice you give us the easier it is to secure product for your order.
1 lb. of meat serves 2-3 people. This is not an exact science as there is no way to know the appetite of everyone you are trying to feed, but it's a good starting point. If you have some hungry folks then you may want to order a little more and vice versa.
