50 person minimum for catering options. Subject to date availability. We can only take on so many events as we also have the restaurant to take care of daily.
Bread Choices
Sliders are for smaller bites and portioned at 2/pp, Kaisers are for a larger sandwich and portioned at 1/pp, and Bread & Butter is for more of a dinner type meal and portioned at 2 slices/pp

wire rack chaffing stations (includes wire rack, sterno's and serving utensil) @ $12.00/per station
Full Service
2 hrs min: (½ H set-up, ½ H breakdown, 1 H serving) @ $125.00/per server
Add'l Hours: $25.00/hour
Delivery
Delivery Fee 10% less then 25 miles 20% over 25 miles
Deposit
20% Deposit required to hold date
Cancellation
30 days prior to event required to receive deposit back
Final Bill
Remaining Balance due one week before event
4% additional charge on all credit card transactions
